We recommend booking between January and March if you need accommodation. For a guided tour only, it is sufficient to book one month in advance.

Buses and minibuses are not allowed; only Sprinter or Urban type vans are allowed. If you arrive by bus, you can hire van transportation at an additional cost and upon prior reservation.

You can arrive in Nanacamilpa, Tlaxcala before 6:00 p.m. From there, there are taxis that can take you to our facilities in the forest.

• Cabin, glamping, or premium camping: arrival at 3:00 PM.
• Camping with your own gear: starting at noon.
• Night tour only: arrive no later than 6:00 PM (latest entry at 7:30 PM).

• Fall/Winter: Thermal clothing, jackets, and cotton pajamas. Denim is not recommended.
• Spring: Warm days; wear light clothing and a cap during the day, and a jacket for the evening.

Yes, we have a dining area with varied options, especially on weekends.

No, we do not accept credit card payments on site. You must pay for the service 100% in advance or bring cash.

Yes, available for groups of more than 15 people, from Sunday to Friday.

Yes, all services include VAT and can be invoiced.

The tour lasts approximately 1 hour.

There are no refunds if there is no sighting due to natural factors such as weather, moonlight, or temperature. In cases of extreme bad weather, the hike may be cancelled for safety reasons.
