By joining this adventure, you confirm that you are in good physical and health condition to enjoy a night hike on natural trails — terrain that may be wet, uneven, and dimly lit, all part of the forest’s magic. As with any outdoor activity, you participate at your own risk. If you come with children or minors, you are responsible for their care and safety throughout the experience. Canto del Bosque takes all possible measures to ensure your visit is safe, but cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from not following the team’s instructions, breaking the rules, or the natural conditions of the environment.

✨ About Firefly Sightings

Fireflies are wild creatures — and that’s exactly what makes them so special. Their appearance depends on natural factors like temperature, humidity, wind, and rain, so we cannot guarantee a specific number of visible fireflies on each visit. What we do guarantee is to give you the best experience possible within the natural setting. For this reason, no refunds or returns are issued due to low firefly activity, as it is a phenomenon entirely beyond our control.

🌧️ Weather Cancellations

Our visitors’ safety always comes first. In case of adverse weather conditions — such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or strong winds — the activity may be canceled or modified. Since these situations are caused by nature and are beyond our control, no refunds or rescheduling are offered due to weather-related causes.
